In view of the increasing use of high-resolution retina displays, it makes sense to save images in double the size of their defined output size. The values that you can see in the table below already correspond to double the output size.
High-resolution images are made smaller by easyWeb (TYPO3). This has no negative effect on the loading speed of the website.
